Return and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Period:
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of receiving the order.
- For purchases made during discounts or promotional periods, products must be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receiving the order.
Product Condition:
- Used, opened, damaged, or dirty products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The product must be in its original condition with all tags and identification labels intact.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Financial Terms:
- When exchanging a product for one of lower value, the price difference will be refunded to your account as soon as possible.
- If the new product is of higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference at the time of exchange.
Shipping and Delivery Fees:
- Shipping and delivery fees will only be refunded if the products were damaged or defective during shipping.
Exceptions:
- Products damaged due to misuse cannot be returned or exchanged.
